Survival rates of Endometrial Cancer

Survival rates can give you an idea of what percentage of people with the same type and stage of cancer are still alive a certain amount of time (usually 5 years) after they were diagnosed. They can’t tell you how long you will live, but they may help give you a better understanding of how likely it is that your treatment will be successful.
Keep in mind that survival rates are estimates and are often based on previous outcomes of large numbers of people who had a specific cancer.

What is grade of Cancer? And why it is important?

Grade 1(well differentiated): cancers have cells that closely resemble normal cells and are less likely to spread or recur.

Grade 3 (poorly differentiated) cancers show increasing abnormality of appearance compared to normal cells. They are also increasingly more likely to spread and recur.

Grade 2 (moderately differentiated) cancers grade 2 have cellular abnormality in between grade 1 and 3
The prognosis and treatment of cancer depends upon the stage and grade of cancer.
