Gestational trophoblastic disease is a rare condition. It only happens when trophoblast cells abnormally grow inside the uterus. Trophoblast is a part of the placenta so gestational tropblastic neoplasia follows abortion, delivery or molar pregnancy.There are many forms of gestational trophoblastic disease.
